
Policies
Sickness Rescheduling:
If you are feeling sick please let me know as soon as possible and we can reschedule. Please keep in mind that if you "wait to see if you feel better" and cancel last minute, it means that I am unable to fill the slot and make a profit for that day, as a small business that is fairly devastating. So please be respectful and I will do my best to accommodate. Please also do not come in if you are sick, again as a small business I do not get sick days so if you get me sick it means I will be unable to work and support myself. If you are regularly cancelling last minute for sickness I may require a doctor's note to reschedule.
Booking Deposit:
A deposit is required to secure your appointment, all booking deposits are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE and are put towards the cost of your procedure.
Rescheduling:
You must provide 48 hours notice if you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment. If you reschedule with less than 48 hours notice your booking deposit will be forfeit and you will be required to pay an additional booking deposit to be put back on the schedule.
Initial Touch Ups (For Brows):
After your very first appointment with me an initial touch up is highly recommended and is not included in the cost of your first appointment. The initial touch up is $150+GST and can be done within 6 weeks to 6 months of your last session, after 6 months (up to two years) touch ups are done at a rate of $300+GST. Sometimes you may need additional touch ups, these are all done at a cost of $150+GST.
Initial Touch Ups (For Body Tattoos):
If your new tattoo requires a touch up, I am happy to do so within the first year of getting it at no extra cost! (This excludes hands and feet as these are very high wear areas that will generally require a few sessions to get your desired results). Touch ups after the first year are done at my hourly rates.
Late Policy:
If you are 20 minutes late to your appointment, it will count as a no-show and you will be required to schedule a new appointment and pay a new booking deposit. Please plan ahead and ensure you know where you are going and leave time to park if you are driving.
Studio Arrival:
I cannot accommodate anyone arriving for an appointment more than 5 minutes early, if you arrive early please take a walk around the neighbourhood or explore some of the local shops. I work in a small, private space with no waiting area only a service area and I also need time between appointments to eat, clean and set up.
Appointment Preparation (for brows):
Appointment preparation instructions must be followed thoroughly. Failure to properly follow prep instructions will result in the cancellation of your appointment and the lose of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to put you back on the schedule.
Additional Guests Are Not Permitted:
Additional guests are not permitted to join you at the studio as space is limited, this includes any friends, children or pets as I want to ensure that focus is only on you so that you receive the best service possible.
Friend Referral Program For Brows!
Please note that this program is only for brows! I always appreciate when my existing clients trust me enough and like my work enough to refer their family and friends to me! So as a little thank you, I offer a referral bonus of $25 off to both the new client and the referring client.
To get the referral bonus, the new client can simply put the name of the client who referred them on the booking form and then at the time of the appointment I will give them $25 off. They must still pay the regular appointment deposit. The existing client that referred them will also get $25 off towards a future touch up, which I keep track off and apply at the time of their touch up.
I will also apply the friend referral discount to two friends who book at the same time! Please note the appointments don't have to be on the same day, the clients just must book at the same time and write each others names in the referral section!
